Rates
$110 per 50-minute session

Insurance
Most insurance plans cover a portion of each session. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Does my plan cover "out-of-network licensed marriage & family therapists"?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash or check is accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not given at least 24 hours advance notice (except in the case of illness, inclement weather or a bonafide emergency), you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
